Las Ventanas is a boutique development of 36 homes just south of Puerto Nuevo. Completed in 2007 this oceanfront residential community offers a constructed beach above a rocky coast and a scenic oceanfront pool complex. Many of the homes have spectacular ocean views. Most of the homes have at least some ocean view while some of the lower units have garden views. It is a scenic and quiet community as only monthly rentals are allowed.
